Create a number of teams and start one team with a ball each. Get all the player to start warming up either jogging or performing dynamic stretches. Frequently call out the next colour so that all the 'yellows' pass to the 'blues' who then pass to the 'reds. ETC. As the warm up continues increase the intensity of the warmup by increasing both the speed of the players and increasing the speed that the colours are called out so that the players have a mental warm up included. For a more targeted warm up ensure all the players are bowling shots to one another rather than just lobing the ball.
