
First off the participants will start with a gentle warm up in order to warm up muscles.the warm up will involve them running around the centre circle doing different stretches in order to prepare for training. As they get warm i will introduce 2 balls each with a different command, one which would just be passing to another player and another which involved 5 toe taps and then releasing it to another player.
