
1. Each blue team player has a bib which they tuck in their shorts, making a tail. 2. Defenders have to chase the fox, catch their tail, and then throw it in the goal. 3. The game ends when all tails are in the goal.
1. This is a warm-up and spatial awareness exercise. Players should be running with head up, being aware of where the defenders are and trying to always find space. 2. Look to change direction, push of back foot, accelerate away from danger. 3. Always keep tail away from the defender, similar to how you would keep body between defender and ball in real game.
