
POSITIONAL EXERCISE:Working with 2 & 5Team in possession of ball must use their players 2 & 5 by opening up to outside of boundaries. These players must stay outside while their team is in possession of ball. When possession is lost, then 2 & 5 must get back inside rectangle. and The opposing team performs the same task their players 2 & 5 open to the outside of boundaries. The 2 Neutral players work as a 3 & 7 players and they always work with the team in possession.
