SHUFFLE, RIGHT-LEFT SLAP, ROLL IN-OUT STATION 2 Players in front of the coach. According to the coaches signal players move either left, right, front or backwards. BLUE MARK- BACKWARDS YELLOW MARK- FRONT WHITE MARK- LEFT HAND SIGNAL - RIGHT STATION 3 Players in front of the coach. PROGRESSION 1 Coach throws a ball at a player and at the same time calls HEAD or CATCH. If the player does not follow the direction of the coach he has to perform a lap around his teammates. PROGRESSION 2 Players each one with a ball perform ball mastery movements. At the same time they have to follow the HEAD or CATCH call of the coach.
