DESCRIPTION

Drill 1: Create a square 3 x 3m With a ball, on lines 1 & 3 roll the ball using your right foot. On lines 2 & 4 roll the ball using your left foot. As you get to each cone, do a tight circle around each cone using the outside of the same foot you were rolling with

COACHING POINTS

Do 10 laps 4 laps walking 3 laps jogging 3 laps going as fast as you can whilst still maintaining control
