
Players start with either toe taps, Heal rolls, bells in between the two cones. They perform this for about 1minute then have them move to the center cone doing the same movement they were doing in between the cones. Forward and backwards. Then after they get back to there spot, have them dribble their ball to the next spot on their right/left. Then have them pass their ball to player on right/left.
