
Warm up in groups of 5, four players on one cone, one player on the other cone. You need one ball. First of four players passes the ball to the player on the other cone and runs towards him while doing warm up exercises. The player who received the ball runs with the ball under control towards the first cone, passes it to the next player in line and gets to the end of the line.
