
SKILL FOCUS: Core, upper body strength, teamwork and kicking coordination. EQUIPMENT: Soccer ball & marker cones. WHAT TO DO: Set up a square grid of 15 meters x 15 meters with cone markers. Divide the team into teams of 5 members. The game starts when both teams line up in their safe zones. The soccer ball is in the middle of the play area. On the whistle both teams start walking towards the soccer ball in a crab walking position. They need to try scoring a point by kicking the ball to the safe zone. When they score the next team changes with the loosing team. The new shadow team will start the game from their safe zone. The winning team needs to line up at their safe zone before the next round may begin. The team scoring the most points wins.
All rules of soccer apply. As soon as a member loses their crab position the team loses. The shadow players replace them for the next round.
