Football: Positioning Game 1

Description

1) 8 v 8 positioning game. One team on either side of the halfway line (blue) Ball is played into either team. 4 players from the opposite team have to go into the opposition grid and try and win the ball back as quick as possible. When they win the ball back they have to get the ball back into their own grid to one of the 4 remaining players and then get back across to support them to make another 8 v 4. As the attacking team loses the ball and its transferred they have to send 4 players across.

Aim is to reach 10 passes for the attackers, if 10 is reached 1 more player helps defend making it an 8 v 5.
