
The technique od dribbling and different ways to beat a defender such as speed, turns, and skills. 1. Can you complete a skill in zone 1 then accelerate to complete a 2nd skill in zone 3. 2. Accelerate in Zone 1, Skill in Zone 2, then turn in Zone 3. 3. Accelerate to Zone 2, complete a turn back to Zone 1, turn again and then accelerate to complete a skill in Zone 3.
Focus on light touches, keeping the soccer ball nice and close. When performing the Skill, make sure its at speed and exagerated to trick the defender. When performing the turn, go slow into the turn and then accelerate after - to get away from the defender. Keep head up to realize the space and take it.
