
A large group of forward, six or seven attack one goal. The defending team starts off with two defenders and one goal keeper. Every 30 seconds to 1 minute the defending team gets another defender. The aim is to not let the attacking team score by all means necessary.
Make attackers 3 touch max and defenders all in. Encourages communication in defence. Can add a sense of urgency to the forwads game.
