A line of players go behind the cone on the left. One player goes next to the cone on the right with all the balls. The player on the left would run into the box and the player on the right would cross the ball in through the air and the player running into the box would header the ball towards the goal to beat the goalkeeper. The player who has just headered the ball would go to the back of the left line. After so many rotations, the player on the right would switch with the player on the left.
Helps player time their runs into the box and getting their head to the ball with the strongest connection with the ball so it generates a lot of power to beat the keeper.
