
- Grid 10x15 - Defenders start in one corner with a ball each, attackers on corner diagonally opposite - Defender serves the ball to attacker and immediately enters the grid - Attacker takes defender on 1v1 aiming to score on the goal at the farthest end of the grid for 1pt - If defender wins the ball they try to score on the goal at the opposite end from them for 1pt - After ball leaves grid turn is over, players leave grid and return to their own lines - Switch after 3 turns each
- Close Down, Slow Down, Get Down, Stay Down - Close down the attacker quickly and take away the shot - Slow down as you approach and adopt a low, strong sideways stance - Be patient
