Players stand accross from each other with one being the attacker and the other being the defender. The attacker moves left to right quickly changing directions to try to get the defender off balance. The defender must mirror the attackers movements to stay in front of the attacker. The attacker is trying to create space where they can run through the cones without being caught by the defender. The defender must touch the attacker before he can cross the line.
