Defenders: Once the ball is won, look to press the ball forward quickly 1st defender shutdown space 2nd defender provide coverage adapting to 1st defender boby position 3rd defender communicate (hold,step,drop,etc) and cover offensive runs off the ball Offence look to attack with speed - do not let the defenders recover once the ball is lost - transition to a defensive position quickly - player closest to the ball delay
