Set up a field 30 yards long by 35 yards wide. Have the field split into thirds. Inside the grid it is a 6 v 4 with two target players on the outside. Two goals are placed on the corners on one end.
The four defenders must stay in the defensive third and defend the two goals. The other two defenders apply pressure in the top two thirds only. The four offensive players can use the outside target players. The offensive players must try to score in either of the two goals. If defense wins the ball then they must try to get the ball to the two target players.
