Circle in the middle of the pitch blues will be looking to play through to teammate on the other side to get points. looking to see defenders ensure there is constant pressure on the ball deny space to play, players supporting by ensuring distances are small and no passing lanes and force play wide into 1v1 away from goal. evertime defenders regain ball and make 3 passes = 1 point. progression: introduce goals ( once attackers play through circle they'll be released to go goal ) attacker will be allowed to receive inside area unopposed , to then go to goal. attackers are allowed to dribble into area to then go to goal .
