The three blue players have to work together to defend their goal whilst the red team are trying to attack the goal. When a goal is scored, saved or the defense get control of the ball they are to play out from the back and try and get the ball through the cone gates to replicate passing on to midfield. The attacking team when with the ball are encouraged to try and score goals and without the ball they must preasure the defense and try and win the ball back. The defennding team win a point each time they sucsefully passed the ball through the gates and the attacking team gain a point each time they score a goal.
The defending team is made up of two full backs and a CM. The attacking team is made up of a stricker and two wingers. When a team reaches 5 points the teams swap over. If it becomes one sided one of the teams can lose a player to the other team.
