Set up as shown. Attackers with a ball to dribble, defenders with a ball in their hands to âtagâ attackers ball. Attackers try to cross the danger square from one safe zone to another, without losing the ball. They repeat. Defenders try to tag the ball to take the attacker out of the game. Progress this to defenders not having a ball, and needing to steal one and get into the safe zone to swap.
