
Place cones 5 - 10 yards apart depending on ability fitness. Player A dribbles halfway then plays pass to player B who with one touch out of feet moves it around cone the ndribbles halfway and then passes to next player, (Once players have played pass they follow pass and replace player at the cone.) Once at last player they turn and driblle in and out of poles and then finishes it small goal, they then proceed to start (players A) position.
