
GK moves back and forth between cones using small steps 2) Coach 1/Coach 2 gives a "go" shout, Goalkeeper steps to cone in front, the coach who gives the "go" shout takes a shot to the near post with apporpriate pace to allow GK to work on his/her footwork 3) Round 2: Coaches back up to the 18 and are now able to hit ball to either side with more pace. When a coach shouts "go" the GK must find his/her angle and take a shot from that coach.
