A good warm-up exercise. The goalkeeper (black) is asked to jump over the cones. He starts by using both feet, as the exercise progresses he can be asked to jump on one foot, raise his knees, etc. After he jumps over the last cone, the coach kicks a ball on the floor into the blue goal. The goalkeeper has to get to it before it crosses the goal line. After doing several series, the shots are now fired to the sides instead of going down the middle of the goal.
