Goalkeeper 'A' will: 1. Start at the bottom left cone holding a ball. They will hop off their LEFT leg, to their right onto the second cone. 2. Staying on the left leg, hop to your left onto the third cone, still holding the ball. 3. Staying on your left leg, hop to your right onto the fourth cone, stll holding the ball. At the fourth cone: 4a) If using REBOUND NET, then throw ball against net into a mid height dive. 4b) If you don't have a rebound net, then have a server holding a ball to your left in a mid height dive position. Step and dive into that ball. The ball can be stationary in their hands or thrown for a mid height collapse. COMPLETE 3 REPS PROPERLY ON LEFT LEG. MOVE CONES AND REBOUND NET TO THEN SUIT A RIGHT LEG HOP. REBOUND NET RIGHT OF CONE 4. CONES 1 AND 3 RIGHT TO MAKE THE TRIANGLES THE OPPOSITE SIDE.
Ensure the landing area is soft and free of debris. Step into every dive. Hold your hop - don't put two feet down. If the above is too challenging, then only use two or three cones. Keep the service regulated - not too hard and in the right place.
