1. Server will play ball into coach 2. Once the ball leaves the serve's foot, both goalkeepers shuffle towards the centre of their cones. 3. Once the ball reaches the coach, he/she will have a shot inbetween the cones. 4. Just as the coach is about to shoot, the coach will call out either number 1 or 2. 5. Corresponding keeper will make the save.
1. Keep on toes at all times. 2. Small steps in order to be able adjust quickly. 3.Stand up tall and big, delay the dive, don't dive early as ball could take any deflection.
