Set a cone 2 yards from the goal line and 5 yards from post. Place a hurdle 10 yards from the cone to the right. Server stands outside the 6 yard box. Keeper starts to the right of the hurdle. On the coach's signal the keeper hops over the hurdle with both feet, shuffles to the cone and touches it, then shuffles back to the hurdle going over the hurdle one foot at a time. Server sends in a ball to the keeper at chest height where they catch it and return it back to the server. Keeper steps forward and to the left where the server puts a ball in the air for the keeper to save. Complete 5 times and then switch sides.
Use the plant foot to push off.
