
Keeper stands in front of goal just outside of the 6 yard box. Keeper passes ball to player between penalty spot and 18 yard box (or to a rebounder placed in that area). Player one touches ball back to keeper who must perform a one touch pass with their right foot to a player at the top right corner of the 18 yard box. Perform 8 passes with the right foot and then complete 8 passes with the left foot to the same corner. Switch pass distribution to the top left corner of the 18 yard box.
