
2x GK's 8x Markers/Cones GK1 will run to the first cone, GK2 will throw the ball for GK1 to dive & catch, get up quickly throw the ball back to GK2. Run back to starting marker. Onto 2nd marker, until the sequence is complete. Once sequence is complete, GK's Switch over. Change sides so the GK's Dive Left/Right
