DESCRIPTION

3 GK, A starts with the balls 18 yards out in the centre of the goals, B starts at the set of ladders and does fast feet side on then sprints to get in goal to save the shot, C starts at the cones and does short sharp sprints forward, backward, forward, backward then sprint to get in goal to save the shot. After 5 shots each side rotate, A to B, B to C, C to A
