
Set up two cones outside of the goal posts. GK shuffles in figure of 8 around cones then stops in middle on toes. Attack throws or kicks ball towards the net. GK to save shot, catching if possible.
1. Shuffle in GK stance (feet shoulder width, knees bent, hands up and ready). 2. GK keeps body behind ball when saving. 3. GK light on feet, concentrating on ball direction.
