This can be set up in front of a goal or in an open field. Place 3 low cones in a line 3 yards apart. Place a high cone 5 yards from the last low cone. Set up 3 additional low cones on the opposite side in identical fashion as the previous cones. Place two more high cones 5 yards in front of the last low cones on each side. Keeper starts to the left of the low cones. On the coach's signal the player steps over and between the low cones one foot at a time moving to the right. After going through the low cones the player continues shuffling to the right and goes around the high cone in the center. The coach yells out either left or right as the player goes around the center cone. The player then runs to the cone called out going around the cone by backpeddling. When the player is between the two forward cones the coach plays the ball so the keeper has to make a save. Start the next round on the left side. 1 set = 3 times on each side. Do 2 sets.
Shoulders should be squared to server at all times. Make sure to push off with the plant foot when diving.
