GK performs rep Move back out in opposite direction to rear cone. Repeat each rep 5 times per GK. Younger GK's work with a Coach and alternate reps between GK's to ensure serve quality. Reps: 2 touch passing with feet. Mid-level serves (knees to chin) High-level serves (forehead to high catch) Low-level serves (knees to toes) Mixed serves.
