
Drill 1:- Work way round in clockwise rotation - Keeper touches central cone, feeder throws ball to keepers dive and catch 1 time round inside cones switch keepers then 1 time outer cones - switch keeper then 1 time inner & outer - switch keepers DRILL 2: Feeder volleys ball - keeper catches - Feed gives cone orders 1-6 - keeper touches each calledf cone in sequence - returns to the goal area for volley catch (5, 7, 10 repatitions) DRILL 3: Red Feeder throws ball for keepers left side drop-catch - keeper returns ball to Blue Feeder Red Feeder throws ball for keepers left side drop-catch (5, 7, 10 repatitions)
