
Setup a 4v4 scenario with subs and 1 floating player. Each time a team scores, the floating players are now working for the scored on team. Add a third floating player as required for 7v4 floating pressure.
The point of this exercise is to give the keepers plenty of chances to defend shots on goal. The three floating players will give alternating teams an advantage and more shooting opoortunities.
