GK starts on goal line in middle of the goal. On the command 'go' the GK will move to their right and receive a low shot from the server. after gathering this shot or parrying away, the keeper must get up quickly and then move through the cones to their left to receive the next shot from the server. This drill must be done at a good tempo to recreate match speed. Focus on hands moving towards the ball for each dive.
GK to be alert at all times, maintain low keeper ready position. ensure the GK is launchiing off from the correct foot each time for the dive. Focus on 2 hands on the ball. good handling technique to be followed.
