
Prepare yourself a square (4x4 Yards) using cones. Start yourself with inside the square. Your job as the GK is to get around the square in the quickest time possible. Firstly, you must go round cone 1 and get back to the centre of the square, then cone 2, 3 and 4. You will need another person to time you. You will complete this session 3 times.
