The keeper starts with ball control with feet, then moves through the hurdles, then receives a kick to the hands. Note: After the keeper has completed a good amount of sets on oneside, they will change to the other side. The first part is ball control with feet. The keeper will receive a short pass to begig with, then move into a inside of the foot volley, then move into a shoe lace volley. The second part is the hurdles. After the keeper finishes the ball control with feet they will move into the hurdles. They will either jump over over them sideways, zig zag in a forwards and back motion or one foot jumps. The third part is ball handling. After finishing the hurdles the keeper will receive a straight volley to the hands. It will stay a volley to the hands the whole time.
