Switching Play Technical :- Each team has 2 players in the middle and 2 on the outside. Teams have to get the ball from one side to the other to score a goal. Each team has a ball (to start) so no tackling.
Make angles, open up, recieve on the back foot, play quickly, take a touch/pass back to another player if you can play to target player.
