
Inside players start at cone and sprint to outside player with the ball. They must: Order the ball and play it back to outside player and check back to cone before moving on too another outside player with a ball. Start with: 1) receiving a flat pass and playing it back in two touches. 2) Outside player picks up the ball and serves ball to checking inside players thigh. Inside player must control and play back in 3 touches. Check to cone and find open outside player.Progression - Thigh and volley 3) Outside player serves chest ball - inside player has 3 touches to return the pass. Progression: Chest and volley.
Communication: Attackers must call for ball. After 1 minute go to next skill. After all skills complete rotate outside to inside and vice versa.
