Then they are split into 4 goups of 4/5 and begin a slow jog to and from the cone infront Within this change the running type (highkKnees, heel flicks etc) (5min) Follow this with stetches as they move forward with a jog back each time Increase the speed now to around 75% Use blue cones for bounce cones also in between some dynamic stretches Mini race stepping up to 85/90% speed for 2 min Now step into passing routine and follow on with control techniques. Defenders work at passing and covering Attackers and midfielders play small sided possesion game GK Warms up with sub 4 outside players 3 teams in the middle with 2 teams together and play 4 passes and shoot. Def team work for 90 seconds then change. Def team goes to outside when finished for a short rest period. Quick tag game for 30 seconds a game getting them sprinting and movement before the game.
