Red players take turns to throw the ball to each other. As they throw, the blue players aim to throw to their partner, but they are also trying to hit the ball that the reds are throwing down the line. If a blue player hits the red ball then the blue and their partner switch places with the red player and their partner.
- Eye on the ball, anticipating when it is going to cross your path - Weight of pass, don't throw too hard - Hands ready, be ready to catch the ball (hands in a W shape)
