Setup : - Children dribble around.   - The trainer holds up different coloured bibs or pieces of paper, each corresponding to a specific action:   - Red bib: Children place their ball on a cone.   - Green bib: Walk over a bench.   - Yellow bib:Shoot the ball at cones placed behind a line.   - These instructions can be varied to keep the activity engaging. Make it More Challenging: - Use as many cones as there are children or intentionally use **one less cone** to introduce competition.   - Observe which child reacts too late or cannot complete the task. Variations :  Assign diverse tasks for each color:   Gather in the center circle.   Stand on a bench.   Lay down or sit on a mat.   Stand on a specific color line.   Move to the left or right goal.  

In pairs players move from A to B passing the balls and from B to A dribbling in every corridor. To make it more difficult: Passes must go via the ground. One passes via the ground and the other one gives a normal pass. Pass when doing sidesteps. Complete as many passages as possible within a set time limit. You can hinder another group. In every corridor there is a defender disturbing the passing or the dribbling.

   Setup :     Two gymnastic boxes (or similar objects) are placed in a corner of the room with some space between them, forming the dragon’s cave. Alternatively, a single mat can be used to represent the cave, though it is less visually engaging.     One child is selected to be the dragon and starts inside the cave.     The other children spread out across the room.    Gameplay :     The children call out: "Dragon, come out!"     The dragon leaves the cave and tries to catch one of the children.     When a child is caught, they are brought back to the cave and become a dragon as well.     The children call out again: "Dragon, come out!" Now, all dragons hunt together to catch more children.     The game continues until all children are caught.    Winning :     The last child caught is the winner and becomes the first dragon for the next round. Making It More Challenging :   Dribbling Challenge: All children must dribble a ball while running, making it harder to escape the dragon.

Before the ball can be pressed onto the mat, it must first be passed to a predesignated king/queen. The ball can only be played with the non-dominant hand. After scoring, the team retains possession of the ball and may attempt to score on the other mat.

In the hall, depending on the number of players, four ball crates or open springboards are placed in a square formation. Each crate contains the same number of balls. At the starting signal, players run to a different crate, grab a ball, and bring it back to their own crate without dribbling. The team with the most balls in their crate when the final signal is given wins. Making it harder: You may block other players' paths. You must dribble the ball back to your own crate. You may steal the ball from a dribbling player in a correct manner.

Form two equally strong teams.   Equipment: one ball and cones to mark the field.   Field Dimensions:    The size of the field depends on the ability of the field team. The distance from the starting line to the playing field should be 6 to 8 meters.   Game Instructions:    Two teams compete: one team starts in the field, and the other team starts behind the starting line. The team behind the starting line begins with the ball.   1. The first player from the starting line throws the ball into the field, aiming to make it difficult for the field team to retrieve it.   2. The entire team from the starting line then tries to run around the field.   3. A player from the field team who retrieves the ball stands with legs apart. The rest of the field team lines up behind them, also standing with legs apart.   4. The front player rolls the ball through all the legs to the last player. The last player picks up the ball, runs to the starting line, and places it down, shouting "Stop!"   Scoring:    The starting line team earns 1 point for every player who successfully runs around the field before "Stop!" is called.   Switching Roles:   Teams switch roles after a set number of rounds or when a predetermined score is reached.   Variations:    Instead of the whole team running around the field, only three players run at a time. One of these three throws the ball.  

Two teams with any number of players compete on a basketball court or a similar area. The game is played according to standard handball rules, with or without dribbling. Physical contact is not allowed. A point is scored when a player throws the ball against the basketball board. If the ball touches the rim, no point is awarded. To make it more challenging: A point is scored if the ball is thrown against the board and caught again by a player from the same team. A point is scored if the ball is thrown against the board and hits the ground without being touched by any players.

Two teams with a random number of players compete against each other on a handball court or similar field. Benches are placed on their side as goals. The attackers try to hit the ball with a fist against the bench to score a point. Defenders try to intercept the ball and take the offense.

Two hoops are attached to the top corners of both goals with ropes. A small mat is placed on the goal line. The playersgroup is divided into two teams. The objective of this game is to throw the ball onto the ground in such a way that it either bounces onto the opponent’s mat or passes through one of the hoops. The teams play according to handball rules. A point is awarded if the ball bounces onto the opponent’s mat. Two points are awarded if the ball bounces through a hoop. No one is allowed to enter the circle around the goal. To make it more challenging: Only bounce passes are allowed when crossing the playing field. At least three players from the team must have touched the ball before a point can be scored. Multiple (different) balls can be used in the game. Variations: Play with one goal. If a team intercepts the ball, they must first pass it over the center line before they are allowed to score.

Setup : There are two playing fields. Select one player to be the cat and send them to the opposing team's field. Gameplay : On a signal, the cat attempts to tag one of the opponents, while the players pass the ball to one another. A player holding the ball cannot be tagged by the cat. The cat continues trying to tag players until either 30 seconds have passed or they successfully make three correct tags. After this, a new cat is chosen. Teams earn points based on their performance. Making It More Challenging: Dribbling Rule: The cat must dribble a ball continuously while attempting to tag players.

Each player is given a cone, which they can place anywhere on the playing field. The coach starts the game by throwing 2 to 4 balls onto the field. The objective of the game is to knock over other players' cones with a ball. If your own cone is knocked over, you are out and must sit on the sidelines. You are also out if you accidentally knock over your own cone while defending. Eventually, only two players remain, and the player whose cone stays standing the longest wins. To make it more challenging: Variations: The game can be played in two teams. Each team is given five cones to defend. The team that knocks over all the cones of the other team wins. Players are not permanently out. After running two rounds, they can place their cone back on the field and rejoin the game.

Teams:    - Two teams with an equal number of players face off (e.g., 6 vs. 6 or more depending on space).   The Objective:   - Eliminate all players on the opposing team by hitting them with a ball.     - If you hit an opponent and the ball touches them before hitting the ground, they are "out."   Gameplay:     - Players start behind a line on their respective sides.     - Balls are placed in the center at the start of the game (often called a *rush*).     - Players run to grab the balls and begin throwing them at the opposing team.   Elimination:     - A player is out if:      - They are hit by a ball (and the ball doesn't hit the ground first).      - Their thrown ball is caught by an opponent (the catcher may also bring a teammate back into the game).     - A player **is NOT out** if the ball hits the ground, wall, or another surface first.   Dodge and Catch:     - Players dodge the ball to avoid being hit.     - Catching the ball eliminates the thrower and may allow a teammate to re-enter the game.   Boundaries:     - Players must stay within the designated playing area. If they step out, they are considered "out."   Winning the Game:    - The team that eliminates all players on the opposing side wins the round.     - Games can be played in a single-round format or as a best-of series.

The immortal player ’s job is to block incoming balls to protect their team. They cannot be eliminated. Endgame: If all players of a team are eliminated, the defender enters the field to play. The defender has three lives and can attempt to eliminate opponents. By hitting an opponent, the defender allows their teammates to re-enter the game . Special Rules: Hitting someone in the face does not count . If this happens, one eliminated teammate may rejoin the game. Ways to Make It More Challenging: Bounce balls: Players must throw the ball so that it bounces once before hitting an opponent. Minimum Pass Rule: Players must pass the ball at least once before attempting to eliminate someone. Jumpshot: Players must throw using a jump shot to eliminate opponents.
