Setup:
- Children dribble around.
- The trainer holds up different coloured bibs or pieces of paper, each corresponding to a specific action:
- Red bib: Children place their ball on a cone.
- Green bib: Walk over a bench.
- Yellow bib:Shoot the ball at cones placed behind a line.
- These instructions can be varied to keep the activity engaging.
Make it More Challenging:
- Use as many cones as there are children or intentionally use **one less cone** to introduce competition.
- Observe which child reacts too late or cannot complete the task.
Variations:
Assign diverse tasks for each color:
Gather in the center circle.
Stand on a bench.
Lay down or sit on a mat.
Stand on a specific color line.
Move to the left or right goal.
