1. Goalkeeper 1 a ball. 2. Two attackers 1 and 2 and 2 defenders A and B start to run around the cones and back again. 3. Goalkeeper 2 passes to an attacker closest to him. Blue players turn around and go for the fast break at goalkeeper 1. They pass to eachother while defenders A and B try to prevent the goal shot. 3. If the red defenders intercept the ball then they go for the fast break towards goalkeeper 2
