Shooting Skill Based: Main Tips: 3 step jump shot Aim ball down into ground Pairs take it in turns to shoot the ball into the hoop First of all start with a step and shot, progress to 2 steps and then 3 after this add the jump on the 3 step. (If dominant leg is right, first step with left and jump off left. If left leg is stronger then step with right first and jump off with right) Progression: Add in smaller target e.g. cone if they find it easy to hit the hoop. Regression: if the participants begin to struggle with the take off, lay spots or cones on the floor to help with co-ordination. If they struggle to hit the target then add in a bigger target.
