
Set Up using cones mark two end zones, one at the end of each side of the area of play. (Refer to image) Teams x2 Elect two captains and then split the participants into two teams. Attacking goals and defending goals the orange team will defend one end zone and attack at the other, the blue team will attack the opposite end zone and defend the other. The teams will have an attacking player in their scoring zone whose aim is to receive the ball. The teams will also have a defending player whose aim is to prevent the oppositeâs team attacking player from receiving the ball in their zone. Goals in order to score a goal the team will need to receive the ball in their attacking zone. The most goals wins.
