DESCRIPTION

All players inside the four yellow cones . One player is nomonated by coach to be the defender all other players are attackers . With only one ball the attackers have to pass it around inside the yellow cones and try to get 10 passes in without defender stopping the ball . If you get stopped with the ball you are now the defender .

Make sure players are using Correct passing technique Hands up to recieve ball
