
Warm Up - Pulse Raiser. 1. Get the Individuals into two's or three's depending on number of people. 2. Ask participants to walk up, around the cone and down at a steady pace, repeating this on the opposite side. (1min 30secs) 3. Now ask participants to raise there knees, bringing them up to their chest if possible. Also encourage them to drive their arms, bringing their hands up to their ears. (1min 30secs)
1. Do not push participants to bring knees higher for example. Just encourage them to do what they are capable of. 2. Do not discourage chat amongst participants. As long as they listen when you explaining the drills. 3. Set cones out a safe distance between each person to decrease the liklihood of a hazard.
