DESCRIPTION

- 5 meters apart- 3 to 5 Attack, rest defend- Focus on line speed and strong D- Attack simply play the ball, pass out and hit the D, not go wide.- After tackles is made, reset 5m back, and go again- Can also be done up and down the pitch to further warm players- Rotate attack through.
