
1. Run up to 10 meters go down for push up run back to starting line 2. Run up to 20 meters go down for push up run back to starting line 3. Run up to 30 meters go down for push up run back to starting line 4. Run up to 40 meters go down for push up run back to starting line 5. Run up to 50 meters go down for push up run back to starting line
1. Start off with 3 sets, each tranning sesstion must keep increasing number of sets to do. 2. 15 seconds recovery. Increase recovery time every set.
